The Site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Phone: +370 5 214 6464 — www.hostinger.com. Backups and media files are stored on AWS S3 or Scaleway (EU datacentres), depending on the geographic distribution of the user base.

All Site elements (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, source code, trademarks) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any partial or total reproduction, representation, modification or use without prior express permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement under CPI Art. L.335-2 et seq.

Photographs of establishments, activities and services are supplied by Providers or produced by EXAUTHYS. Providers warrant they hold the necessary rights to the media submitted for publication.

6. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (Providers, institutional partners, authorities). EXAUTHYS exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their availability, content or practices.

7. Reporting illegal content

In accordance with French LCEN Art. 6-I-5, any user may report manifestly illegal content published on the Site by emailing contact@exauthys.com with the subject “Illegal content report” and providing:

— your last name, first name, profession, address, nationality and date of birth;
— a precise description of the disputed facts and their location (URL);
— the reasons why the content must be removed (reference to the violated legal provisions);
— a copy of the correspondence sent to the content author requesting its rectification or removal, or proof that the author could not be contacted.

8. Consumer mediation
