What is EXAUTHYS?
EXAUTHYS is a travel marketplace bringing together accommodation, lodges, carbets, activities, guides and transfers across the Guianas Plateau in one place. Our motto: “The Amazon at your fingertips.”
How do I book?
Search for your destination or activity, choose your dates and number of travellers, then book and pay online. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
More local methods (PIX, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, MonCash) are coming soon.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are protected by 3D Secure authentication, and we never store your card details.
How does the loyalty programme work?
You earn 10 points per euro spent, and 1,000 points equal €10 off. You get 200 points when you sign up.
Your points are valid for 3 years, and you progress through the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, depending on the booking type:
• Individual booking: cancel at least 5 days before the service to be refunded.
• Group booking: cancel at least 10 days before, so the provider can reorganise.
Within these timeframes (last-minute cancellation), the amount is not refunded but converted into a voucher (credit) valid on your next EXAUTHYS bookings.
How do I become a provider?
Create a provider account, complete your company profile with your bank details (IBAN) and the supporting documents for your country. After verification by our team, your business is published.
Supporting documents by country:
• French Guiana / France: SIRET number + Kbis extract.
• Brazil: CNPJ number + CNPJ card or articles of association.
• Suriname: KKF number (Chamber of Commerce) + KKF extract.
• Haiti: NIF + business licence (tax identification card, DGI).
• Guyana: TIN (GRA) + business registration certificate.
Which regions and languages do you operate in?
We cover French Guiana (Cayenne, Kourou, Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, the Interior), expanding towards Suriname, Brazil (Oiapoque), Haiti and Guyana.
The site is available in 6 languages: French, English, Portuguese, Dutch, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
